Shop visit statistics

When visit measurement is enabled, we use IP addresses to estimate visits and understand shopping steps. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the statistics database. A protected identifier is created with a daily key. Identifiers and order links expire after two days. While the shop is running, a cleanup task removes expired data every five minutes; after downtime, cleanup resumes at startup. Daily totals without visitor identifiers are kept for 90 days.

A visit ends after 30 minutes of inactivity or at a new day. Shared IP addresses can merge different people, so these figures are estimates. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. You can exclude this browser below. The preference uses a shared cookie value, not a visitor identifier, stored for up to 180 days. No identifying analytics cookie is used.
